UPDATE: After nail-biting legislative uncertainty, Georgia consumers who use third-party food delivery services such as GrubHub or UberEats will soon have closer scrutiny of those services. Last-minute provisions regulating the food-delivery service industry were added during Sine Die to HB 528, which the governor signed into law in May.
