Bio

Doug Blex is a fourth-generation Kansan who was the chair of the Montgomery County Republican Central Comittee for eight years. He is a farmer and retired park enforcement supervisor. Blex is the vice-chair of the local government committee and also serves on the water, health and human services, and agriculture and natural resources committees. He is a strong advocate for supporting farmers, lowering taxes and government spending, and cutting regulations for job growth.
