Bio

Rick Billinger, a graduate of Fort Hays State University, owns Nationwide Homes and Billinger Farms. He has served as the mayor of Goodland and in the U.S. Army. He also previously served in the state House of Representatives, representing District 121 from 2010 to 2013 and District 120 from 2015 to 2017. His priorities include increasing population growth in western Kansas, reducing regulations, preserving water, and lowering property tax.
