Kelly warns of ‘dark days’ ahead as she signs budget bill

Gov. Laura Kelly said she has “serious concerns” about the budget bill she signed Wednesday. 

The Legislature last month passed a budget bill — Senate Bill 125 — that’s projected to put the state in the red by fiscal year 2028.
