Social aspects of water governance highlighted at Kansas conference

A researcher and a program director on Thursday shared some of the successes they’ve seen with water conservation projects in Kansas. Attendees at Thursday’s session of the annual Governor’s Water Conference heard presentations from dozens of experts and scholars on topics including irrigation, municipal planning and water conservation.
