Carr formally admonished by special investigative committee

A special House committee formally admonished Democratic Rep. Ford Carr over misconduct allegations levied by Republican Rep. Leah Howell.

The committee was deadlocked Wednesday over disciplinary action that could have resulted in a censure, reprimand or expulsion — but instead opted for a follow-up report outlining lingering concerns related to Carr’s alleged behavior.
