Political Campaign Staffer

Full job description

This is an Entry to Mid-level position in the field of campaign politics & political consulting. Field Organizers will use their strong communication skills to communicate directly with critical voters to gather data on key political issues. Those willing to travel or relocate are eligible for a spot on one of our Texas Roving Teams, this is a great opportunity to explore various regions of Texas and gain valuable political and professional experience, having exposure to a variety of campaigns and candidates across the Lone Star State.

Prior political experience is not required but preferred. A career in this field will require some travel as competitive campaigns rarely consistently happen in your backyard. Ideal candidates will have experience in positions that require direct communication with customers, clients, or the general public such as sales, marketing, and customer service. People that rise quickly in this field are self-starters and do not require constant oversight. This is a fast paced, high stress field, but this is one of the few industries left that you can reach the very top with little more than hard work and being true to your word.

Successful Field Organizers will have opportunities to immediately work on the highest-profile campaigns across the country and continue over the course of the 2024 election cycle if they are interested.

Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation

Personable and willing to engage voters

Ability to be outside knocking on doors on a daily basis.

Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the US

Sales, customer service, field, or campaign experience is preferred but not required

Salary Range

$ $3,500 to $5,000 per month
