Sen. Rachel Hunt, D-Mecklenburg, has launched a $2 million ad campaign in her bid for the office of lieutenant governor, and it’s not very flattering to current Lt. Gov. Mark Robinson.

Hunt says if she’s elected and moves into Robinson’s old office, she’s bringing disinfectant.

In a news release, the Hunt campaign says it has raised $3.3 million to date.
